     Set up such a three-stage service network as a users' service center in the headquarter and a service station of each provincial sale company and perfectual sale branch. The users' service center is set with a technical service dept and a post-sale service dept. The former is responsible for answering the technical inquiries from clients, analyzing and processing the product failure and giving technical guidance on the site while the latter for the service of repair, return and replacement.
